BSBL UMP DEU '78

Germany based now and then player, umpire and beginning collector. MLB TV watcher and enthusiastic Rangers fan (since 2015). Focus on completing the yearly Topps Flagship (Series 1 and 2 only), only one of each insert series and base card parallels, no matter which player. No Astros card except those in the base set, but every Rangers card I can get :).
